The factors such as project owner risk, project risk, project management risk, project environment risk and so on, which will affect the construction risk analysis of ocean engineering project have been comprehensively investigated. The basic principle for grey Euclid model of game compromise has been introduced and has been brought into the risk decision process of constructing ocean engineering project. Through an instance of a construction company participating in bidding of an ocean engineering project, the risks of ocean engineering project have been concretely analyzed and calculated by using the grey Euclid model of game compromise and the risk decision has been made accordingly. The weights have not only been distributed by using the grey Euclid model of game compromise, but also the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the construction risk analysis of ocean engineering project has been constructed, which have reduced the influence of the artificial subjective factor on the judgment result and make the judgment result more accurate and scientific.
