We recently read with great interest an article entitled "The impact of COVID-19 on dermatology outpatient services in England in 2020" by Ibrahim et al.1 As it was excellently presented by the author, the ongoing novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic presents many pressing challenges to the dermatological community, including the reduction of outpatient appointment attendance as well as the safety considerations of the use of biologic, immunosuppressive and targeted therapies.
