Background Low protein intake and physical inactivity are factors that associated with muscle deterioration and poor physical performance among older adults. Aim To assess the association between dietary protein intake and physical fitness tests among older adults with pre-sarcopenia and sarcopenia. Methods A total of 110 older adults were recruited through a convenience sampling method.
