Abstract: 前列腺癌是我国男性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，随着生活习惯的改变、人民大众健康意识的提高，诊疗技术的发展，前列腺癌的发病率与检出率逐年上升，且增长比欧美国家还快，成为威胁男性健康的重要因素之一。国内外筛查前列腺癌的主要方法依然是血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)。然而，当PSA处于灰区，即PSA处于4～10 ng/mL之间时，PSA特异性降低，诊断效能大打折扣。本文就近年来能提高PSA灰区前列腺癌诊断率的研究进展作一综述。 read more here.
