Key Points Question Are computerized cognitive training (CCT) programs associated with improvements in cognitive and daily function among people living with HIV? Findings In this meta-analysis of 12 randomized clinical trials involving 596 participants living with HIV, CCT was associated with improved function in 6 of the 8 domains assessed, including abstraction and executive function, attention and working memory, memory, speed of information processing, motor skills, and daily function. Meaning This meta-analysis found that CCT programs were associated with improvements in cognitive and daily function among people living with HIV.
