Key Points Question Is time of operation (daytime vs overnight) associated with digit replantation outcomes? Findings In this single-center case series including 98 patients and 147 digits, digit survival was not associated with time of operation. Overnight replantations were associated with fewer complications and shorter duration of surgery compared with daytime replantations. Meaning This study supports the safety of performing overnight replantations at a large academic center and suggests that replantation outcomes are similar whether surgery is performed during the day or overnight.
