Key Points Question Is influenza vaccination associated with Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) among adults aged 65 years or older? Findings This cross-sectional study of 374 older adults in Taiwan who were hospitalized for GBS found that the risk of GBS did not increase after influenza vaccination regardless of postvaccination risk interval or baseline characteristics. Meaning These findings suggest that influenza vaccination may not increase the risk of GBS among older adults.
