Key Points Question What is the duration of persistent symptoms after SARS-CoV-2 infection, and what factors are associated with their resolution? Findings This cross-sectional study nested in 3 French population-based cohorts found that approximately 10% of individuals with acute COVID-19 infection still had symptoms after 1 year of follow-up. The risk factors associated with the duration of these symptoms vary depending on their persistence. Meaning This study suggests that persistent symptoms after SARS-CoV-2 infection is a public health concern.
