Key Points Question Does the addition of lenvatinib to ifosfamide and etoposide (IE) improve treatment outcomes in children and young adults with relapsed or refractory osteosarcoma? Findings In this randomized clinical trial including 81 patients, the primary end point of progression-free survival was not significant, with a median of 6.5 months for patients receiving lenvatinib plus IE and 5.5 months for those receiving IE. Meaning Although not meeting the prespecified statistical significance threshold for this study, these findings may inform both clinical practice and future trial design.
