In article number 1801684, Jing Gao, Yanjun Jiang, and co‐workers present a controllable protein‐induced soft‐templating pathway to construct hollow metal–organic framework‐based composites. Using metal‐sodium deoxycholate hydrogel as soft‐template, nanotubes are gained while the protein is absent. With the presence of protein, hollow nanospheres are prepared by changing the amount of protein.
