In article number 1900487, Ka‐Leung Wong, Peter A. Tanner, and co‐workers use two kinds of excitation methods to quantitatively evaluate the energy migration rate between Tb3+ ions: continuous wave (green, lower) and pulsed laser (magenta, upper). The migration rate is not fast so that the luminescence lifetime is only reduced by ≈50% upon going from a very dilute sample to heavily‐doped lanthanum phosphate.
