Application of Long‐Persistent Luminescence Materials In article number 2207331 by Zhifeng Shi and co‐workers, a novel metal‐halide single crystal inorganic cesium cadmium chlorine (CsCdCl3) is reported, which displays a long‐persistent luminescence with a long duration of 6000 s. The diagram above vividly depicts that the inherent defects of CsCdCl3 crystals act as energy traps to trap and store electrons, resulting in the long‐persistent luminescence.
