Portable Electrochemiluminescence Microfluidic Devices In article number 2307840, Hui Chen, Huali Shen, Jilie Kong, Xueen Fang, and co‐workers report an ultrasensitive, rapid and portable electrochemiluminescence‐microfluidic (ECL‐M) system based on alternating current electroosmotic flow for diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The effectiveness of monitoring the peak expression levels of cTnI and miR‐499‐5p for AMI in rats has been found to be greater in saliva than in serum and biotic fluids. This suggests that saliva has the potential to serve as a replacement sample source for POCT in the diagnosis of AMI. This system is meticulously designed to serve army battlefields, underfunded hospitals, and patients without professional expertise. The ECL‐M POCT device has the potential for extensive development beyond heart‐related diseases, as it can accommodate a wider range of sample types and sources. This advancement in technology can significantly enhance the accuracy of disease diagnosis.
