Diabetic Bone Regeneration Inspired by the correlation between endoplasmic reticulum (ER) dysfunction and osteogenesis disorder, Yulan Liu, Mingliang Zhou, Xinquan Jiang, and co‐workers propose in article number 2309491 a novel therapeutic platform comprising a high‐performance hydrogel and engineered exosomes to maintain ER homeostasis and accelerate diabetic bone regeneration. The ER‐based therapy effectively regulates the overload stress and functional alterations arising from hyperglycemia and establishes an optimum intracellular microenvironment for osteogenesis in diabetic conditions, showing potential for clinical translation.
