Living Therapeutics Platform The image illustration vividly depicts the story of the Storm's end Pearl from Journey to the West. The Yellow Wind Demon and the fierce storm he unleashes symbolize macrophages and cytokine storms. Sun Wukong, standing on a cloud (representing platelets), releases the Storm's end Pearl (VP16), suppressing the Yellow Wind Demon's storm (cytokine storm). This dynamic scene effectively highlights the findings of Xuemei Wang, Bing Chen, Peipei Xu, and co‐workers, who discovered a novel engineering cell therapy platform that can inhibit cytokine storms in hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis. More details can be found in article number 2404571.
