Toll‐Like Receptors In article 2406018, Keunwan Park, Wook‐Bin Lee, Moon‐Hyeong Seo, and co‐workers present an unprecedented peptide screening method that systematically explores TIR‐TIR interactions through a massive library of over 190,000 peptides. The discovered peptides effectively modulate TLR‐mediated inflammatory responses and, notably, show therapeutic potential as topical eye drops for age‐related macular degeneration, highlighting a promising direction for ophthalmic drug development.

Keywords: like receptors; toll; toll like; massively parallel; parallel screening; screening toll
