DNA/RNA Therapeutics Single pulse electrotransfer of ‘naked’ DNA / mRNA via electric field focusing for deep tissue and vaccine therapeutics. In article 2406545, Jeremy L. Pinyon, Georg von Jonquieres, Gary D. Housley, and co‐workers describe vector‐free spatio‐temporally controlled delivery of mRNA and DNA for transgene expression in mouse skeletal muscle using ‘single capacitive discharge conductivity‐clamped gene electrotransfer’ via a disposable needle‐type BaDGE ‘electro‐lens’. This enabled titratable immunoglobulin responses to delivery of synthetic DNA encoding an Influenza A virus epitope.
