Targeted miRNA Delivery The cover illustration features a tetrahedral‐framed spacecraft situated on a dune, which continues to interact with its base through its vertex components following disintegration. In article number 2411210 by Taoran Tian, Yunfeng Lin, and co‐workers, a protective strategy against acute liver and kidney injury has been developed based on an enzyme‐responsive nanostructure.
