Graphene has been widely investigated for electronic applications due to its outstanding physical properties, such as high carrier mobility, electrically tunable physical properties, and excellent compatibility with silicon technology. Here, taking advantage of the gateā€tunable physical properties of graphene, an LC resonant circuit based on graphene quantum capacitors is demonstrated, in which the resonant frequency can be electrically tuned from 1.45 to 1.73 MHz. At the same time, a quality factor ranging from 65 to 25 is achieved. The investigation suggests graphene is a promising material for signal processing applications.
