To achieve the application of plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in antistatic occasions, the plasticized PVC film with excellent water extraction resistance and antistatic property is prepared by simple melt blending of PVC resin, different types of plasticizers and the ionic liquid polymer (ILP). The results show that, compared to the plasticized PVC without ILP, the mass loss rate of plasticized PVC containing ILP and dibutoxyethoxyethyl adipate decreases from −12.88% to −5.71% after soaking for 8 weeks, and further reduces to −1.61% after the addition of diisononyl phthalate. Meanwhile, whether exposed to air or soaked in water for 8 weeks, the volume resistivities and surface resistivities maintain at 106 Ω·m and 109 Ω, respectively, demonstrating excellent antistatic performance. In terms of transparency, the transmittance of the plasticized PVC before and after immersion remains above 85%. The mechanical performance results indicate that the addition of ILP has no negative effects on its mechanical properties, and the film still retains good tensile strength (17.70 MPa) and tear strength (49.24 kN/m). In addition, the plasticized PVC film has certain cost advantages. The improvement in the above properties provides greater potential for the application of the prepared plasticized PVC.
