Feasibility of transfemoral (TF) transcathteter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) is limited by the smallest diameter, the calcification and tortuosity of the iliofemoral access vessels. The use of the Portico system without delivery sheath results in significantly lower profile delivery system compared to standard technique. We herein report our single center experience, feasibility and safety of such an approach.
