• The effective treatment of significant tricuspid regurgitation remains an unmet clinical need, especially in patients denied from surgery. • Combined transcatheter “edge-to-edge” mitral and tricuspid valve repair with MitraClip system is a feasible but challenging procedure and a learning experience might favorable impact on outcomes. • Further technological improvements and studies on percutaneous approach in experienced heart valve centers are needed.
