Key Points There are little data on outcomes for COVID‐19 patients who suffer an in‐hospital cardiac arrest (IHCA). COVID‐19 patients had a significantly higher mortality rate after an IHCA compared to historical controls, with a 5.5% survival rate to discharge. The remarkably poor outcome is likely multifactorial including the pathology of COVID‐19 as well as concerns about the logistics of resuscitating these complex patients.
