HIV‐infected individuals have a known increased risk of sudden cardiac death (SCD) compared to uninfected individuals. Implantable cardioverter‐defibrillators (ICDs) are standard therapy for preventing SCD; however, there is limited data on the outcomes of ICDs in HIV‐infected individuals.
