Atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASCUS) and atypical glandular cells (AGC) reflect cellular abnormalities insufficient for clear diagnosis. We used cell pellets obtained from liquid‐based cytology (LBC) to prepare cell blocks (CB) and clarify the initial diagnosis of ASCUS and AGC.
