A 23-year-old female presents with right groin mass noticed 6 years ago, slowly increasing in size overtime, not painful or tender. On imaging, an 8.7 cm lobulated heterogeneous mass in the right inguinal region, with extrinsic marked compression of the right femoral vein is noted along with multiple aggressive osseous lesions in the pelvis, in the sacrum and proximal right femur. These findings were consistent with malignant neoplasm with bone metastasis; and thus, the patient underwent a computed tomography (CT) fine needle aspiration biopsy and core biopsy of the right groin mass.
