Eccrine spiradenoma (ES), a rare benign adnexal tumor originated from eccrine sweat glands, was first described by Sutton in 1934 and by Helwig in 1956. ES is confused with adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) because of their similar cytological features. In this report, two histopathologically proven ES cases are being presented to describe the cytological features of ES and to compare cytologic features of ES with ACC. 1 | CASE 1
