Efficiency enhanced by cyclohexene: the efficiency towards diphenylmethane oxidation, catalyzed by metalloporphyrins, is improved remarkably in the presence of cyclohexene. As a NAD(P)H‐like model, the roles of cyclohexene, promoting the initiation of a radical and the activation of dioxygen, are demonstrated by a mechanistic study.
