Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinomas (LELCs) are malignancies that appear histologically as undifferentiated epithelial cells accompanied by lymphoid response (1). LELCs have been described in a variety of organs including the liver, can present with hepatocellular or cholangiocarcinoma features, and have been reported to have a strong association with Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) (1). We present the first two known cases of African-American (AA) patients found to have LELC, a rare variant.
