In our era of post-information age, the generation of data increases at an astronomical pace. This progress has led to doubling the sum of medical knowledge to every 73 days in 2020 from every 50 years in 1950.(1) For example, recent efforts with large genomic datasets have allowed for unraveling unknown genetic associations with disease risk, and fueled therapeutic options.
