A reader of the JBMR informed the editors about concern regarding a possible duplicate image in Fig. 7E in Khan and colleagues. The editors sought an explanation from the authors for this possible panel duplication. The authors acknowledge an error made in assembling the data from the apoptosis experiment in Fig. 7 in which one panel was erroneously included twice and the bright field images were omitted. This erratum corrects wording in the Materials and Methods section and in Fig. 7. The authors regret the error in the 10nM representative panel.
