This study aimed to assess the early changes of left ventricular (LV) and right ventricular (RV) mechanics associated with anthracycline treatment for breast cancer and to determine whether two‐dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography (2D‐STE) analysis could predict chemotherapy‐induced cardiotoxicity.
