EUS-guided biliary drainage (EUS-BD) has been indicated for benign biliary strictures [1-3], suggesting that hepaticojejunostomy stricture (HJS) can also be treated under EUS guidance. However, the intrahepatic bile duct is sometimes much narrower in cases with HJS. In this situation, puncture of the intrahepatic bile duct using a 19G needle is sometimes challenging.
