The optimum treatment strategy for patients with unresectable advanced epithelial ovarian cancer is controversial. This study examined bevacizumab combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC; paclitaxel plus carboplatin), followed by interval debulking surgery (IDS), for these patients.
