Next‐generation sequencing (NGS) provides information on genetic mutations and mutant allele frequency in tumor specimens. We investigated the prognostic significance of KRAS mutant allele frequency in patients with right‐sided pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) treated with surgical resection.
