What are the novel findings of this work? Three-dimensional Doppler ultrasonography is useful to plan the fetoscopic photocoagulation of the feeding arteries of placental chorionagioma leading to a better precise procedure with better outcomes. What are the clinical implications of this work? Three-dimensional Doppler ultrasonography is useful to map the feeding vessels of placental chorioangiomas before and after fetoscopic laser photocoagulation of the tumor. Fetoscopic laser photocoagulation of feeding vessels of chorioangiomas is feasible and can reverse the complications related to this tumor.
