The purpose of this study was to quantitatively compare the effectiveness of unilateral and bilateral botulinum toxin A (BTX‐A) injections for mitigating undesirable weak/breathy voice quality and dysphagia for patients with adductor spasmodic dysphonia and/or essential tremor of voice (ETV).
