Frey syndrome (FS) is a common complication to large salivary glands surgery. This study primarily aims to describe the incidence of FS among parotid surgery patients in the Central Denmark Region. The secondary aim is to describe predisposing characteristics to syndrome development and the effect of treatment with botulinum toxin (Botox) injection.
