Kilic-Berkmen et al. that delineated clinical features used by movement disorder specialists in the diagnosis and classi fi cation of isolated focal cervical dystonia (CD). The authors have also proposed recom-mendations for a more consistent approach to the classi fi cation of CD according to the anatomic regions involved. In line with their study, we would like to highlight some concerns.
