CEST MRI is sensitive to dilute proteins/peptides and microenvironmental properties yet susceptible to magnetic field inhomogeneity. We aimed to develop a high‐resolution field map‐based CEST intravoxel inhomogeneity correction (CIVIC) algorithm for CEST Z‐spectral imaging.
