Giggle incontinence is a rare condition resulting in excessive urinary incontinence with laughter, where bladder function is otherwise “normal.” Urodynamic descriptions of the condition to date are limited. We believe that giggle incontinence has characteristic urodynamic findings. We tested this hypothesis.
