With the emphasis on environmental protection and resource regeneration, BFRTP has been used in more and more fields. However, the smooth interface of BF limits the enhancement of BF, making the interface has been an enduring topic in this direction. In this paper, a new flexible sizing agent PAE is synthesized by RAFT polymerization self‐assembly reaction method according to the characteristics of BF and PP, and connects the two to act as a bridge at the same time. A flexible‐rigid phase hybrid sizing agent was prepared by doping carboxylated carbon nanotubes (MWCNT‐COOH) into the flexible sizing agent PAE. The results showed that both the soft‐phase sizing agent PAE and the rigid‐phase nano‐enhanced particles played important roles at the interface. Under the synergistic effect of the two, the mechanical properties and heat resistance of BF‐PAE/MWCNNT/PP composites were significantly improved. Among them, the tensile strength, flexural strength, notched impact toughness, and heat distortion temperature were enhanced by 28.7%, 34.2%, 16.4%, and 13.2%, respectively.
