ABSTRACT Pericardial effusion (PEF) in PAH may be a marker of worsening disease or associated with autoimmune conditions. Sotatercept was not initially reported as associated with the development or progression of PEF. We describe PAH patients taking sotatercept who were found to have new or worsening PEF and examine associated comorbidities.
