This article focuses on negative imaginariness analysis of systems with norm‐bounded parameter uncertainties. Necessary and sufficient conditions are, respectively, established to indicate that negative imaginariness of uncertain systems or uncertain descriptor systems can be determined by examining the positive real characteristics of a class of systems without any parameter uncertainties. Finally, three numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the main results.
