We study neutrino radiative mass matrix in scotogenic model with a mixing matrix of tri-bimaximal form and a perturbation to invoke non-zero \(\theta _{13}\). We relate the model parameters with oscillation parameters to address fermionic dark matter and lepton flavor violating decays.
