ZusammenfassungIn der Proktologie kann dem Patienten oft schon mit wenig Aufwand geholfen werden. Bereits bei Kenntnis der häufigsten Krankheitsbilder kann der behandelnde Arzt die Ursache der Beschwerden in vielen Fällen korrekt erkennen und eine entsprechende Therapie einleiten bzw. die Überweisung an eine proktologische Einrichtung veranlassen. Der vorliegende Beitrag versucht, die häufigsten Krankheiten in der Proktologie (Marisken, Hämorrhoiden, Analfissuren, Perianalvenenthrombosen, Abszesse und Fisteln, Condylomata acuminata und Analkarzinom) kurz und prägnant darzustellen und dem behandelnden Internisten auch außerhalb der Gastroenterologie ein Hilfsmittel für das Management proktologischer Krankheitsbilder an die Hand zu geben.AbstractIn proctology patients can often be helped with very little effort. With knowledge of the most common disease symptoms the treating physician can in many cases correctly recognize the cause of the complaints and initiate the appropriate therapy or arrange referral to a proctological institution. This article aims to briefly and succinctly present the most common diseases in proctology (e.g. mariscae, hemorrhoids, anal fissures, perianal venous thrombosis, abscesses and fistulas, condyloma acuminatum and anal carcinoma) and to provide the treating internist, even outside of gastroenterology, assistance with the management of proctological symptoms.
