Sir We are very honored that our article has received attention [1], and thank you for the opportunity to respond to this message. At present, autologous fat transplantation is more and more widely used. We have mainly conducted relevant research on the application of autologous fat transplantation in the maxillofacial region, including the promotion of facial rejuvenation, the reconstruction of facial soft tissue defects, and the repair of facial scars. We have observed clinically that nano-fat has a significant improvement effect on scars, because the mesenchymal stem cells in fat can promote angiogenesis while inhibiting inflammation [2–4] . The comment mentioned that the repair of cleft lip correction is also a good application direction, which is suitable for postoperative lip scars, but the deformity of the muscles after cleft lip surgery still needs surgical correction. At the same time, we have also studied the extraction method of the vascular matrix component SVF in fat. Compared with enzyme digestion, centrifugation and nanoemulsion methods, we use mechanical vibration with a short duration (15 min) and low frequency (30 Hz) [5]. The highly active stromal vascular fraction (SVF) can be extracted from adipose tissue. According to our hypothesis, vibration may cause the size of intercellular spaces to fluctuate at low frequencies, thereby promoting partial deposition of stromal blood vessels. The application of SVF in fat transplantation will help maintain fat volume. More research needs to be conducted to explain how vibration affects the activity of adipocytes and we look forward to more exciting discoveries.
