IntroductionPatients with Klippel-Feil syndrome can present with a myriad of symptoms and imaging findings. Herein, we present a case of Klippel-Feil syndrome that was initially misdiagnosed with syringomyelia. We review this case and discuss the imaging findings.ConclusionsNeuoroschisis should be suspected in patients with Klippel-Feil syndrome and differentiated from syringomyelia.
