In this paper, we focus on improving the durability and repairability of superhydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)/ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) composite coating via hot-press and followed texture treatment by weight and sandpaper. The hydrophobic properties were characterized by water contact angle measurement. A scanning electron microscope and step device were used to analyze the surface appearance. The anti-icing performance was characterized by a steam-freezing test in an environmental test chamber. The high-speed camera was used to analyze water droplet bouncing process and low adhesion property. The results show that the PTFE/UHMWPE superhydrophobic surface can be successfully fabricated by the hot-press and texture treatment with a contact angle of 150 ± 0.5°. Both the anti-icing performance and low adhesion property show an excellent level. Moreover, the total energy just consumed about 30%, as the water droplet in the process of falling and contacting was at a 10 mm height.
