We read the article by Gausel et al. [1] entitled “Subjective recovery from pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain the first 6 weeks after delivery: a prospective longitudinal cohort study” with passion and utmost diligence. At the outset, we congratulate the authors for a thought-provoking, lesspondered subject of pregnancy-related pelvic pain being put forth on in such a scientific way. However, this scientific paper discussed at length in our peer of spine surgeons, left few comments, queries and questions which seek an answer from the authors. They are:
